• David Speakman - Certified Paralegal
  David joined our office in 2004. He graduated magna cum laude in Paralegal Studies from DeAnza College , certified by both the State of California and the American Bar Association. He is currently enrolled at Lincoln Law School as a juris doctor candidate with an expected graduation in 2010. Previously, after a baccalaureate education in journalism and business communication at Ball State University in Indiana , David spent more than a decade working as a financial journalist for regional, national and international news organizations. This experience comes in handy as David is the primary contact most clients have regarding legal service and filing of their financial paperwork and other disclosure requirements.



• Cally VanDrielen - Office Manager
  Joining our team in 2005, Cally is a favorite among our clients. As well as being the first voice most hear when contacting our office, Cally also is the primary contact for clients regarding checking of court dates, cost and fee payments and scheduling client-attorney appointments.
