A Marriage in California ends in one of two ways:
- By death of one of the spouses
- Dissolution under the Family Code
California is a "no fault" divorce state. By far the most common legal grounds for divorce are "irreconcilable difference." The only other grounds are incurable insanity.
We here at the law offices of Donald Kilmer work to try to make the process of divorce easier by staying calm and bringing common sense and logic into the situation.
